Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead multiple design projects and provide technical direction across global teams. You will manage schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with NPD processes from concept to launch.

Strong collaboration with product, manufacturing, and quality teams is essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of engineering experience, a BS in Engineering (ME preferred), and proven success in mass-produced product development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years engineering experience in related field.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• Experience managing low to moderately complex NPD projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design projects and guide team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and risk assessments for timely delivery.
• Present project status to stakeholders and leadership.
