HYVE Solutions seeks an experienced Manager, Operations Program Management to lead a team of Operations Program Managers overseeing complex customer programs from demand through manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, or program management, with exceptional customer-facing communication skills and a track record of delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing Operations or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in server, rack, data center, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operations Program Managers and drive execution.
• Serve as senior operational contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Oversee program execution from forecast to manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipment.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Escalation management and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
