Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a logistics and operations professional to partner with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to manage Clear-to-Build dates and shipping schedules. The role focuses on aligning production readiness with delivery requirements and optimizing cross-functional workflows.

Key responsibilities include monitoring production, addressing blockers, leading meetings, and ensuring shipments meet customer SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of related experience, or Associate’s with 5-8+ years, or equivalent.
Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to establish Clear-to-Build dates and shipping schedules.
Ensure ship schedules are realistic and aligned with manufacturing constraints.
Monitor production status, troubleshoot blockers, and escalate issues as needed.
Lead efficient meetings and follow-ups to address open issues for production, quality, and supply chain.
Coordinate with Customer, Hyve Traffic Team, and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and meet delivery requirements.
Monitor SLA performance and identify root causes with corrective actions.
