Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a leading data center manufacturing partner, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to guide a team of supervisors and production staff. The role focuses on Lean manufacturing practices, process optimization, and quality improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing efficient processes, overseeing pack-out operations, managing inventories, and collaborating with engineering, IT, and QA to resolve shop-floor issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading manufacturing teams.
• Strong lean/Six Sigma experience and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory control, and quality management.
• Data-driven decision making and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing supervisors and staff.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations ensuring correct packing and on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, IT, and QA to resolve issues.
• Enforce quality control standards and cost management.
• Drive lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to reduce costs.
• Prepare reports on production performance and metrics.
