Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an accomplished Operations/Engineering leader to drive manufacturing programs, capex planning, and cost efficiency across multiple sites. The role partners with procurement, engineering, PM and quality to deliver on time and within budget.

With 12+ years in operations or engineering and 5+ years managing teams in contract manufacturing, you will shape strategic plans, supervise audits, and improve processes in ISO-compliant environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in Operations or Engineering with 5+ years in direct reports within contract manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and collaboration across engineering and manufacturing; clear communication with senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to support manufacturing projects and warranty services.
• Guide the development and implementation of new projects within manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, program management, manufacturing, warehouse and quality.
• Ensure visibility and structure to manufacturing services.
• Review existing tools and develop enhancements; analyze costs and profitability.
• Drive actions across organizations to support Manufacturing Operations, Engineering and Value Added Groups.
• Plan capacity, budgeting and capital expenditures; prioritize production schedules.
• Collaborate with executives to set strategic plans and objectives; participate in audits and improvements.
