Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive efficiency in our sales operations by managing critical programs, improving data integrity, and enabling teams to hit targets. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align CTB dates, shipping, and SLA performance.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing operations experience, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Analytical skills with experience solving complex problems through data.
• Proactive, self-directed approach to tasks.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Excel advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to set CTB dates and shipping schedules.
• Attend floor-level meetings and troubleshoot issues to keep on-time ship schedules.
• Coordinate with Customer and Hyve Traffic Team to schedule and book shipments.
• Monitor Customer SLA performance and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Track re-work, change orders, and sustaining requests with cost coverage.
• Serve as main POC between internal teams and the customer.
