Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field (business, economics, analytics, health policy, or similar).
• 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to translate complex market or technical info into actionable guidance for operational audiences.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line teams.
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building recurring reporting and intelligence products for internal stakeholders.
• Data literacy, integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate market developments into practical operational guidance for front-line teams.
• Collaborate with forecasting, intelligence, Product and operations leadership to identify impactful market changes and articulate practical consequences.
• Produce regular briefings and reference material for operational audiences, focused on the front line, especially the support center.
• Maintain a current view of AI tools across operations, including purpose, usage patterns, and user groups.
• Report on adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capabilities unlocked by AI, benchmarking against peers.
