Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably within healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex market or technical information into actionable guidance for operational audiences.
• Experience communicating with both senior leadership and front-line operational teams.
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building recurring reporting, briefings, or intelligence products for internal stakeholders.
• Data literacy, integrity & compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for CMM operations, converting market trends into actionable implications for the front line.
• Partner with forecasting and intelligence to determine material market developments and articulate practical consequences.
• Produce and sustain a cadence of briefings, updates, and reference material for operational audiences, focused on the front line.
• Maintain a current view of AI tools across CMM operations and report on usage and impact.
• Report on adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capability unlocks, benchmarking against peers.
