Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business, economics, analytics, health policy, or similar
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy in healthcare
• Ability to translate complex market or technical information into actionable guidance
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line teams
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience building recurring reporting or intelligence products for internal stakeholders
• Demonstrates data literacy, integrity & compliance

Responsibilities

• Translate market trends and payer movements into operational implications for front-line teams
• Collaborate with forecasting to identify market developments impacting operations
• Produce regular briefings and reference materials for operational audiences (support center focus)
• Maintain awareness of AI tools used across operations and their usage patterns
• Report on adoption, efficiencies, and cost savings from AI tools
• Provide feedback loops between ops users and AI leadership for roadmap input
• Identify adoption gaps and propagate best practices across groups
• Drive alignment and behavior change through influence rather than authority
• Establish internal expertise on operations intelligence and applied AI in operations
