McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare company, seeks a Sr. Operations Intelligence & Enablement Analyst to translate market intelligence into actionable operational guidance, focusing on the front lines and the support center.

Qualifications

4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably in healthcare.
Ability to translate complex market or technical information into actionable guidance for operational audiences.
Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line teams.
Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations is preferred.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
Experience building recurring reporting, briefings, or intelligence products for internal stakeholders.
Data literacy, integrity & compliance; working fluency with AI tools and understanding their operational application.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for operations, turning trends into actionable implications for the front line.
Partner with forecasting and intelligence to identify material market shifts and articulate practical consequences.
Produce regular briefings and reference materials for operational audiences, focused on the support center.
Maintain an up-to-date view of AI tools across operations and their usage patterns.
Report on adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capabilities unlocked by AI tools, benchmarking maturity vs. peers.
Own a feedback mechanism between users and Product/AI leadership to inform the roadmap.
Identify adoption gaps and share best practices across operations to accelerate value realization.
Drive alignment and behavior change across teams through credibility rather than authority.
Establish internal expertise on operations intelligence and applied AI, with potential to extend beyond CMM.
