Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably within healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex information into actionable guidance for operational audiences.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line teams.
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building recurring reporting and intelligence products for internal stakeholders.
• Data literacy, integrity & compliance; working fluency with AI/LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for operations, translating trends into actionable implications.
• Partner with forecasting to determine material changes to operations and articulate practical consequences.
• Produce and sustain briefings and reference materials for operational audiences, focused on the support center.
• Maintain a current view of AI tools across operations and report on adoption and impact.
• Report on efficiency gains and benchmarking of AI maturity against peers.
• Establish a feedback loop between users and Product/AI leadership to inform the roadmap.
• Identify adoption gaps and share best practices across operations groups.
• Drive alignment and behavior change through influence rather than authority.
• Establish internal expertise on operations intelligence and applied AI in operations.
