• Typically requires 7+ years in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy
• Demonstrated experience translating complex market or technical information into actionable guidance
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and front‑line operational teams
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations preferred
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience building recurring reporting, briefings, or intelligence products for internal stakeholders
• Data literacy, integrity & compliance; working fluency with AI/LLM tools

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for CMM operations, converting trends into operational implications
• Partner with the forecasting and intelligence function to determine material changes to operations and articulate practical consequences
• Produce and sustain a cadence of briefings and reference materials tailored to operational audiences, focused on the support center
• Maintain a current view of AI tools across CMM operations—purpose, usage, and relying teams
• Report on adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capability unlocks, benchmarking against peers
• Own a defined feedback mechanism between operations and Product/AI leadership to inform the roadmap
• Identify adoption gaps and move knowledge across groups to accelerate value realization
