Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Sr. Operations Intelligence & Enablement Analyst to bridge market intelligence with operations, focusing on the support center.

You will translate market signals into actionable guidance, oversee AI tool deployment, and report on efficiencies and savings while benchmarking against peers. You will partner with forecasting, intelligence, Product, and operations leadership to ensure insights are timely, clear, and actionable for frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience translating complex market or technical information into actionable guidance for operational audiences.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line teams.
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building recurring reporting, briefings, or intelligence products for internal stakeholders.
• Data literacy, integrity & compliance; working fluency with AI/LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for operations, translating trends into operational implications.
• Partner with forecasting and intelligence to identify what materially changes operations and articulate practical consequences.
• Produce and sustain briefings, updates, and reference material for operational audiences, focused on the front line.
• Maintain a current view of AI tools across operations and report on adoption, savings, and capabilities.
• Provide benchmarking on AI maturity compared to peers and inform the product/AI roadmap.
• Establish a feedback mechanism between users and Product/AI leadership.
• Identify adoption gaps and transfer best practices across groups to accelerate value.
• Drive alignment and behavior change across teams through influence.
• Establish internal expertise on operations intelligence and applied AI in operations.
