Job summary

You will partner with forecasting, intelligence, Product, and operations leadership to ensure timely, practical insights and benchmark AI maturity against peers.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required for related fields.
• 7+ years in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable guidance.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and frontline teams.
• Familiarity with prior authorization or specialty pharmacy ops preferred.
• Proven ability to lead without formal authority.
• Experience building recurring reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Data literacy, integrity and compliance; working with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate market trends into practical operational implications for front line.
• Partner with forecasting and intelligence to assess material changes to ops.
• Produce briefs and reference materials for operational audiences.
• Maintain view of AI tools across operations and their usage.
• Report on adoption, efficiencies, and cost savings from AI tools.
• Own a feedback loop between users and AI/product leadership.
• Identify adoption gaps and share best practices across groups.
• Drive alignment and behavior change through influence, not authority.
• Establish internal expertise on operations intelligence and applied AI.
