Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, analytics, health policy, or related field.
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience translating complex market or technical information into actionable guidance for operational audiences.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate market trends, payer and formulary movements into operational implications for the front line.
• Collaborate with forecasting and intelligence to determine material market changes and practical consequences.
• Produce regular briefings, updates, and reference material for operational audiences, focused on the support center.
• Maintain current view of AI tools deployed across operations, including purpose and usage.
• Report on adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capability unlocks from AI tools within operations.
• Own feedback mechanisms between users and AI leadership to surface needs and opportunities.
• Identify adoption gaps and share best practices across groups to accelerate value realization.
• Drive alignment and behavior change across teams through credibility and influence.
• Establish internal expertise on operations intelligence and applied AI in operations.
