Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, manage labor, space, equipment and people to meet service and safety goals.

You will mentor Supervisors, partner with Operations Management on staffing and workload forecasting, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring policy compliance and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and plan workload.
• Lead larger, multi-shift operations and coach Supervisors and teams.
• Partner with Operations Management on staffing strategies and workload forecasting.
• Identify operational risks and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and quality standards are followed across teams.
