Job summary

DSV in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, drive labor scheduling, space utilization, and equipment management while ensuring safety and cost objectives. You will mentor Supervisors, support workforce planning, and enforce SOPs and performance standards.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with supervisory experience, forklift training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Highschool diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations, multiple teams, or shifts.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily and weekly work activities and plan workload.
• Keep management and client representatives informed of operational issues affecting service, safety, or cost.
• Lead and oversee larger, multi-shift operations within the facility.
• Coach, mentor, and guide Supervisors and lead team members.
• Partner with Operations Management to support planning, staffing strategies, and workload forecasting.
• Identify operational risks and develop action plans to improve performance.
