AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations, lead logistics, and ensure timely delivery of home medical equipment and services. The role collaborates with leadership to enhance patient care and coordinate with regional teams.

You will manage inventory, drive process improvements, and ensure HIPAA compliance while recruiting and coaching staff to meet annual goals and service standards. This position emphasizes accountability and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure timely distribution of equipment.
• Lead logistics team with daily direction and communication.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with department leaders.
• Place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Address service concerns and identify trends.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to improve patient experience.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff.
• Set annual goals and monitor performance.
