Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations, lead the logistics team, and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and services to patients' homes. You will collaborate with health systems, hospice partners, and referrals sources to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on compliant, high-quality patient care across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ leadership experience in HME or healthcare leadership.
• Experience with health care, insurance customer service, claims or billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch operations to ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and services.
• Lead logistics team with daily direction and communication to meet productivity and cost targets.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely delivery and safe patient care.
• Place purchase orders according to restocking protocols and control inventory at branch level.
• Address service concerns, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance patient experience and resolve issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis of service failures and implement corrective measures.
