Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist for the McGriff Specialty team. You will guide cross-functional teammates and external vendors to drive growth and service excellence, managing projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy in client servicing and agency operations.

You will play a key role in transitioning core back-end processes from onshore to offshore teams, ensuring SOPs and documentation are up to date, while partnering with Account Managers to align on

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• P&C Insurance License.
• Business insurance experience.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, with urgency and professionalism in all matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Guide teammates across the retail insurance organization and 3rd party vendors.
• Manage projects to meet operational goals and improve efficiency.
• Oversee back-end insurance processes transitioned from onshore to offshore teams.
• Serve as SME for assigned workflows and support offshore staff.
