As our Senior Operations Specialist on the McGriff Corporate Operations – Certificate of Insurance team, you will serve as a subject‑matter expert for the client‑facing Certificates of Insurance (COI) process and support the successful execution of offshore operations for this function. You will play a key role in ensuring the COI process is transitioned and executed accurately, consistently, and efficiently by offshore teams. You will provide day‑to‑day support and guidance on COI‑related activities, including reviewing certificate requests, answering process and coverage questions, supporting implementation efforts, assisting with training and knowledge transfer, and helping maintain service quality and process adherence.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
