WesBanco Bank Inc. in the United States seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for assigned products and initiatives. You will refine needs with stakeholders, prioritize trade-offs and ensure high-value delivery within the governance framework.

You will lead backlog refinement, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, manage release readiness, and champion Agile practices to optimize processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline with exposure to product ownership preferred.
• Experience supporting technology, operational, or business initiatives. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred as the organization continues to evolve its delivery practices and operating model.

Aufgaben

• Owns the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction including products, features, or initiatives within a business area.
• Makes routine prioritization and trade-off decisions within an established roadmap and engages stakeholders to refine needs.
• Leads backlog refinement, delivery planning, requirements clarification, and stakeholder alignment by serving as the primary day-to-day decision-maker for the team within the approved roadmap.
• Coordinates work across business, technology, vendor, and functional teams; communicates progress, risks, dependencies, and priority changes; supports issue resolution; ensures delivered work meets priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Develops training materials to ensure proper usage and optimization of applications.
• Maintains a strong understanding of risks and controls of the business area and applications supported.
• Collaborates with project management on new initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
