Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, process optimization, or related
• Strong understanding of operating models and operational workflows
• Experience with root cause analysis, process analysis, and problem-solving
• Experience mapping processes, documenting workflows, and standardizing processes
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and SMEs for improvements
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct end-to-end process assessments to understand workflows, dependencies, pain points, controls, and business impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and document current-state processes.
• Develop current-state and future-state maps, workflows, and process narratives using best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement improved processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to address operational issues and gaps.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improved customer experience.
• Develop business cases, value assessments, and ROI analyses for improvements.
• Support implementation and monitor results via KPIs and performance reporting.
• Assist benchmarking against industry standards and leading practices.
• Utilize process modeling and workflow tools to visualize designs and validate them.
• Participate in change management activities to promote adoption.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
