CompassX in Irvine, CA seeks a Business Analyst to learn how we run across Consulting Operations, Sales, Talent, and more—then identify inefficiencies, recommend clear fixes, and help implement them.

You'll work across teams, document processes, and gain exposure to firm leadership from day one. The role emphasizes hands-on impact, ownership, and a mix of tasks from process improvements to basic admin work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, business analysis, or related hands-on roles.
• Curiosity to diagnose root causes and improve processes, not just patch symptoms.
• Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets, and lightweight automation/AI tools.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document processes clearly.
• Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.

Responsabilités

• Get hands-on across teams to understand how work moves before changing it.
• Identify inefficiencies, diagnose causes, and propose practical fixes.
• Build and implement improvements, from new processes to lightweight automation.
• Document key processes to preserve institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate priorities into real improvements.
• Utilize CRM, spreadsheets, and automation/AI tools to bring recommendations to life.
