Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement workflows and labor plans to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a safety-focused culture.
• Prepare reports on KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
