DHL Supply Chain is recruiting an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and optimize warehouse operations across our facilities. You will guide workflows, labor plans, and safety initiatives while driving productivity and cost-efficiency.

In this role you will partner with HR and site leadership on hiring, analyze KPIs, and ensure timely order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction, supporting DHL's position as a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, and standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates for transparency.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors and top talent.
• Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and achieve satisfaction.
