Job summary

Avnet is seeking an experienced leader to supervise and prioritize daily team activities across customer returns, RMA credits, RMA PRN resolution, warranty repairs, and related billing. Typically 6+ years with 2+ years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You will drive process documentation, knowledge management, and SOPs while monitoring performance and workload distribution, and partner with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Product to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience supervising teams in operations, logistics or support functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prioritize daily team activities across returns, RMA, credits, warranty repairs and billing.
• Lead coaching, training, and career development for team members.
• Ensure service levels, metrics and compliance are achieved.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge management, and process documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Product to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Factory Drop Ship Billing
• SOX and SOC Audit Support

Build and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce capable of supporting multiple operational processes.

Develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning.

Ensure service levels, operational metrics, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.

Establish and maintain process documentation, knowledge management practices, and standard operating procedures.

Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process effectiveness while identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues and improve outcomes.

Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.
