Job summary

The role requires 8+ years of IT/operations program management, plus experience with Federal contracts, multi-site delivery, and subcontractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT/operations projects with multi-site delivery.
• Federal government contracts experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across locations, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance baselines with forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and support services.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, scope, and delivery oversight.
