The mission of this role is to drive operational precision, throughput, and compliance across internal teams and external vendors so that every ITAD project is delivered on time, to spec, and in full regulatory compliance, while continuously improving processes through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
The Senior Operations Manager leads and executes operational projects within a high-volume IT Asset Disposition environment, translating program requirements into structured, trackable workflows that move seamlessly through receiving, processing, data destruction, refurbishment, quality control, and final disposition. This role ensures all operational projects are delivered with precision, consistency, and full compliance, coordinating closely with internal operations teams and external vendors to support efficient, scalable execution.
This individual serves as a primary operational leader between internal production functions and external vendors and partners, ensuring materials, services, and deliverables meet operational timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a leader and coach who can drive accountability and results, while bringing strong operational discipline, Lean/Six Sigma thinking, and experience in manufacturing or industrial operations where precision, throughput, and process control are critical.
