Job summary

PlanITROI is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive precision, throughput, and compliance in a high-volume ITAD environment in Youngsville, NC. You will translate program requirements into structured workflows spanning receiving, processing, data security, refurbishment, and final disposition.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma, cross-functional leadership, and strong vendor coordination to deliver projects on time and to spec, while maintaining regulatory standards and scalable operations

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in project management in manufacturing or logistics.
• Experience coaching teams of 100+ people.
• Background in ITAD or lifecycle services is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma and regulated environments exposure.
• PMP or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of operational projects from initiation through completion and reporting.
• Translate program requirements into defined workflows and production plans.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and SLAs are met.
• Support audit readiness for NAID, R2v3, ISO standards.
