Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations for DDLC task areas across multiple locations, ensuring on-time, on-budget service delivery aligned with contract objectives.

Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities, managing cost, schedule, and quality baselines, and partnering with IT, logistics, security, and other teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/IT/ops.
• 8+ years of IT/operations project/program management with multi-site delivery.
• Experience managing Federal government contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Current secret security clearance and US residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas across multiple locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet SLAs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance baselines including forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and facilities to ensure infrastructure for operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance and escalation processes.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Provide people leadership and workforce planning across dispersed teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security requirements.
