Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Senior Operations Manager in Frazeysburg, OH to lead inbound and outbound distribution performance across our operations. You will direct Managers, Supervisors, and athletes, driving staffing, mentorship, and best-practice execution to achieve peak efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of distribution or warehouse management leadership at scale.
3–5 years at Fanatics, with experience in internal operations systems and culture.
Ability to gather detailed information and translate into actionable plans.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive cost reductions.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Internet, Mainframe, FMS, and DMS.
Excellent written and oral communication across all levels.
Excellent planning and organizational skills for a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead multi-department distribution operations and mentor Managers, Supervisors, and athletes.
Manage staffing forecasts and scheduling for peak demand to optimize throughput.
Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and service levels within budget.
Collaborate with HR and internal/external partners on standards and compliance.
Translate fan/customer needs into operational priorities and actions.
Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Foster ownership, safety, and a culture of relentless execution.
