Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent daily operations.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support back-of-house operations.
• Ensure exemplary fan experience by working with Retail Associates.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
