Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Distribution or Warehouse management experience.
• 3–5 years of Fanatics Commerce tenure, with deep familiarity with internal operations, systems, and culture.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Internet, Mainframe, FMS, and DMS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into effective actions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey direction to frontline teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound fulfillment operations across multiple sub-departments.
• Lead a team of 3–10 Supervisors and 50–350 athletes, inspiring high performance.
• Report to the Sr. Manager of Operations and drive impact through data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
• Develop staffing forecasts and manage scheduling to meet peak demands.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance across the operation.
