Job summary

CBBC OpCo, LLC in Florida seeks a senior Operations Leader to oversee warehouse, logistics, and transportation, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment across all channels.

You will lead and mentor supervisors and frontline staff, analyze KPIs, drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels while ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with procurement, sales, and finance and guides automation and process standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center processes and best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
