Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center processes and best practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
