ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee all warehouse and inventory activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, safety policies, and cost controls. The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on coaching of staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in senior operations or related leadership, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; excellent presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of operational processes to increase productivity and reduce cost.
• Accountable for warehouse operations; introduce and expand operational practice across the business to significantly improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Lead outbound transportation oversight and safety training guidelines.
• Review programs and manage budgeting; ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Serve as a team builder, coach and mentor to staff; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
