The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing all facets of warehouse operations, including Receiving, Pick and Pack, Order Verification, Shipping, Returns, and Staffing. This position involves strategic planning and approval processes to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. The supervisor will effectively communicate job expectations to team members, monitor their performance, and provide coaching and guidance to foster professional development. Additionally, the supervisor will enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues through appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
