Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to join a nationwide leadership program. You will relocate after training to a BioLife location, with extensive travel to plasma centers across the country and mentorship from experienced leaders.

The program focuses on rapid leadership development in high-volume plasma collection facilities. You will receive six months of expedited training, followed by a 12-month period to qualify for Plasma

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six months training; 12 months to obtain Plasma Center Manager.</br>During this time you’ll gain hands-on experience with mentorship and a learning plan covering all aspects of managing our high-volume plasma centers.
• Team Management: lead a diverse team, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, support development, participate in staff planning and recruiting.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager, network across BioLife, and potentially open new plasma centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced environment; provide operational support; problem-solve; communicate with senior management.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors by creating a positive donor experience; may assist with production.
• Travel Opportunities: learn from BioLife team members across the country; return home every other weekend.
