Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a high-growth leadership program. You will travel to plasma centers nationwide, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while preparing for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program includes six months of training, followed by a 12-month window to advance, with relocation to a BioLife location upon completion.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
Willingness to relocate after graduation/completion.
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
Valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Responsibilities

Continuous Learning & Development: six-month training; 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position; hands-on experience and mentorship.
Team Management: lead a diverse team; provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, support staff development, and recruit.
