Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to develop through a fast‑paced leadership program across BioLife plasma centers nationwide. The role requires travel up to 95% and relocation upon program completion.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and progression into a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, with opportunities to open new centers as you advance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Ability to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Willingness to relocate to chosen location upon graduation/completion of trainee program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: Six month expedited training with 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Team Management: Cultivate a positive environment, conduct performance reviews, staff planning and recruitment.
• Career Advancement: Progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager and potentially open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: Work in a fast-paced environment, provide operational support and communicate with senior management.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Retain donors and assist with production as needed.
• Travel Opportunities: Learn from BioLife team members nationwide and return home every other weekend.
