Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its leadership development program. You will travel extensively across BioLife plasma centers, develop key leadership skills, and relocate after program completion.

The six-month expedited training leads to a Plasma Center Operations Manager path, with mentorship and hands-on experience across high-volume centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation upon graduation/completion to chosen location.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in BioLife plasma center operations during the trainee program.
• Support coaching, feedback, and staff development activities.
• Assist in operations management responsibilities and shift coverage.
