Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, offers a Senior Operations Management Trainee program that develops senior leaders for Plasma Centers nationwide. The role involves rigorous training, team management, and rapid career progression.

Trainees will travel extensively (up to 95%), relocate after completion, and pursue growth toward Plasma Center Operations Manager roles across BioLife locations with strong cross-location mentorship and support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required after graduation to a BioLife location.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift; lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six-month expedited training program.
• Provide team leadership and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop learning plans covering management of high-volume plasma centers.
• Support staff recruitment and retention efforts.
• Advance to Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking.
• Work across BioLife locations and travel nationally.
