Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee. The program develops leaders who will run high-volume plasma centers, with heavy travel and rapid exposure to multiple locations.

You will gain hands-on operational experience and mentorship to prepare for accelerated career growth, including relocation opportunities upon program completion. You will participate in six months of initial training, followed by twelve months to secure a Plasma Center

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of diverse individuals and provide employee feedback.
• Manage staff planning, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Drive learning and development through mentorship and hands-on training.
• Support deployment of new plasma centers and operational processes.
