Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers nationwide. The role begins with intensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager position and relocation to a BioLife location.

You will travel frequently (up to 95%), lead diverse teams, and grow your leadership capabilities in a regulated, high-volume

Qualifications

Requires relocation after training.
Up to 90–100% travel during Trainee Program.
3–5 years experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and lift up to 32 lbs.
Willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team across plasma centers.
Support staff planning, recruiting, feedback and performance reviews.
Progress through the trainee program toward Plasma Center Operations Manager role.
Provide operational support and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure exceptional donor service and production support.
Network and collaborate with BioLife leaders nationwide.
