Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to lead and develop teams across plasma centers. The program lasts about six months of intensive training with mentorship, followed by 12 months to secure a Plasma Center Manager role.

You will travel extensively and relocate to a BioLife location after completing the program. You will have opportunities to grow into senior leadership while supporting fast‑paced plasma collection operations, managing staff,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the trainee program
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program. You will be able to choose which location you would like to apply to.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with occasional heavier lifting as needed
• Fine motor coordination and the ability to hear equipment from a distance

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor a diverse team to achieve performance goals
• Drive learning through the six‑month accelerated training program and mentorship
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager role and relocate to a BioLife center
• Provide operational support and communicate with senior management
• Contribute to a positive donor experience and assist with production as needed
