Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks an experienced leader for the Senior Operations Management Trainee program. You will rotate through BioLife plasma centers nationwide, with up to 95% travel, receiving six months of expedited training and a path to Plasma Center Operations Manager.

Upon program completion, relocation to a BioLife location is anticipated as you progress into leadership roles while contributing to donor service and production support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 95% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required after completion of the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk or stand for the entire shift.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development during the six-month training.
• Team management through coaching, performance reviews, and staffing.
• Work toward Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking.
• Provide operational support and problem-solving with senior management.
• Deliver exceptional donor service and assist with production when needed.
• Travel to BioLife centers nationwide, returning home every other weekend.
