Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and guidance.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardize processes and best practices to boost productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decisions and improvements.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates for transparency.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure a strong Supervisor hiring process.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
