Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, and PNL. You will have weekly syncs with the leadership team and provide coaching to team members, contributing to client growth and high performance.

The role requires 2+ years in a Senior Ops Manager role (or 7+ years in a Manager role) in CX, plus a BA/BS preferred. Join an inclusive, fast-growing environment with strong KPI accountability and a People First culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or 7+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience managing supervisors, as well as coaching and developing Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including performance, billing, and PNL.
• Weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads; one-on-one coaching with TMs.
• Meet with Senior Management and clients to drive business growth.
• Interview Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts.
• Promote department culture and scale operations while maintaining KPI targets.
• Solve business problems through innovation to improve CSAT, AHT, and resolution rate.
