Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in operations, sales, customer service or business administration.
• Minimum of one year supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Resolve customer issues with timely and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support client meetings and business reviews.
